Professionals Say

  • AYESHA KHAN

There's no question that red light is very beneficial for the skin. It's actually stimulating cells to create new energy. What do we do with energy in our body? We clean. So it allows you to create more collagen, lessen the depth of wrinkles, can shrink pores.

  • Dr. Steph Dorworth

Red light therapy is much more accepted and prevalent in skin care. But as more data comes out, I think more specialists may recommend red light therapy as an option for musculoskeletal treatment.

  • Dr.Val Fiott

Red light therapies have been used for over a century for the purpose of natural healing. Red light can stimulate your cell and the mitochondria takes this light and uses it to create more energy. So red light therapy actually takes works for the body in terms of healing by allowing the cell to create more energy and also by improving blood flow.
