I currently love this mat. Fingers crossed--I hope it lasts longer than my others and isn't another expensive mistake.As for my willingness to try another device, I can't deny RLT works great as far as comforting, relieving pain and best of all HEALING. This mat is a Cadillac in comparison to any of the others I've used. A huge plus its generous size and you can actually lay on top of it. The lights are covered with flexible Medical Grade TPU which is very comfortable, it's FSA & HSA approved (very positive and reassuring) AND has a 365 day warranty. The mat is remote controlled and the settings are customizable. The weight is appropriate for the size and it comes with a manual to address various maladies. It feels durable and well made.My mat stays on top of my massage table and I place it over a comparably sized PEMF device, but love that it can be rolled up and stored neatly away as needed.

I use this nightly before bed and it works great. It's warm and helps me relax before bed. I have this set up on my guest bed so I don't have to move it every night, which makes it more convenient for me to use consistently. I have Lipedema and have already noticed a decrease in my pain, so I will continue to use.

I was struggling with low back/hip pain that was radiating down my leg for 6 months. After two weeks of using the mat 40 min at a time for two sessions a day I began seeing a noticeable difference in pain. I still have pain but it now is very pinpoint and not radiating. The mat is a great size, and easy to use. I would highly recommend this product. Also the customer service is the best I have ever dealt with. When my mat arrived the box had been previously opened and it was missing the instruction manual. They went above and beyond in correcting that. They really care about their customer and about providing a high quality product.

So far, I am enjoying this mat. My husband has even tried it & says it has provided some relief for his back pain. I’m a big believer in red light therapy & would recommend this product to those thinking about trying it out. The mat is well made, the plastic is not that clear sticky type that is on a lot of other products & it’s not too heavy. It’s cold when you turn it on but warms up after a minute or two - the heat is not hot but very relaxing-no sweating. The instruction booklet is great - it outlines which area you are looking to treat & provides which power level, # of minutes & # of days of the week you should use for optimal results. Overall, it is a great value for the money & a good alternative to the more expensive models.

Mat: lie on it, wrap it or hang it. Bag: zips around you for light front and back.
How long is a session?
Set it on the timer. Start short, follow the manual, build up.
What do the brightness and pulse modes do?
5 brightness levels. 3 modes: constant, 10Hz and 40Hz pulse. Pick what feels good.
Can I use it standing up?
Yes. Hang it with the straps and stand in front.
