Shipping Fees
The following rates apply to standard delivery of one Huwoony Red and Infrared Light Therapy Mat. All fees are in USD.

Order Processing
Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Hong Kong.
Preorder items and products requiring additional preparation will have their estimated dispatch dates stated on the product page. If your order experiences a dispatch delay, we will notify you.

Delivery dates are estimates. Customs inspections, public holidays, weather conditions, and carrier disruptions may affect arrival times.
Duties and Taxes
Shipping charges do not include import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees unless these are expressly included at checkout.
Where import charges are payable by the recipient, this will be disclosed before payment. The carrier or customs authority may require payment before delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking updates may not appear immediately after dispatch. If you have not received your tracking information or need help checking your delivery, please contact us with your order number.
Address Changes
Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are correct before placing your order.
For address corrections, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update your details before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed after the parcel has been handed to the carrier. Any applicable redirection charges will be explained before you agree to them.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, missing, damaged, or incomplete, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
For damaged or incomplete deliveries, please keep the packaging and provide photographs where possible. We will investigate and help arrange an appropriate solution.
